Fong’s sacking a political drama, says Dennis

MIRI: The sacking of Pujut assemblyman Fong Pau Teck by Democratic Action Party (DAP) is yet another drama by the opposition to gain political mileage.

Telang Usan assemblyman, Dennis Ngau said that all this while Pakatan Rakyat (PR) component parties especially DAP and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) had been playing numerous political dramas.

“Obviously, they (DAP and PKR) have been living pretentiously in PR,” he said when contacted by The Borneo Post to comment on the matter yesterday.

He added that the unity among the opposition parties under the PR umbrella was actually very fragile.

“The people should realise this, open their eyes. This is the undeniable truth, they (PR) are weak,” he said.

He added that with DAP’s new party strategies to expand itself to the rural areas, rural folk should be careful not to be fooled by them.

Dennis said the peoples’ needs especially in development were met by Barisan Nasional (BN).

“We do not talk much in BN, we just carry out our responsibilities. We do not make empty promises without any result,” he said. - theborneopost
